This Enneagram community is a steady, welcoming space to learn, reflect, and connect in a way that feels human and grounding. Each month offers an opportunity to deepen self-awareness, grow compassion for yourself and others, and explore practical insights that help move us from reactivity into more intentional choice and connection.

Especially in times when the world can feel chaotic and divided, this community is meant to be a place of shared humanity—a place where we practice listening, understanding, and showing up more fully for ourselves and one another.

What Is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is a framework for understanding personality patterns—how we think, feel, and respond in moments of stress and growth. It offers a compassionate lens for recognizing both our strengths and our automatic patterns, helping us develop greater awareness, flexibility, and understanding in our relationships and daily lives.

No prior knowledge of the Enneagram is required. Whether you are new to the system or have worked with it before, you are welcome here.

What to Expect

Each gathering includes teaching, panel interviews, and shared conversation, creating space for both individual insight and collective learning. This is individual work, done together—personal growth supported by community rather than pursued alone.

Meetings are designed to be accessible, thoughtful, and welcoming, with no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.
