The Heart Of My Work
In my team and group trainings, I’m honored by the feedback that the space feels safe, warm, and deeply human. Participants consistently share that the environment allows them to open up, bring their lived experience forward, and be seen in ways that strengthen connection and trust across their teams. Creating that kind of space — where people feel both safe and inspired to grow — is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

What I love most about coaching is the privilege of partnering with someone in their deep inner exploration — walking alongside them as they come home to themselves with compassionate self-awareness. It is extraordinary to witness the moment when understanding replaces self-judgment and something inside begins to shift. From that place, growth happens naturally — not through striving, but through the simple, powerful act of seeing oneself clearly.
The compliment I receive most often is “This one conversation would have saved me years of therapy.” That response reflects the precision and depth of the Enneagram — once we identify your type, we can often reach the very core of what’s happening beneath the surface with remarkable clarity and compassion.
The greatest privilege of this work is witnessing that transformation — when awareness deepens into compassion, and compassion unfolds into freedom. To walk with someone in that process, as they begin to live from a place that feels more true and alive, is the most meaningful part of what I do.
About Me
Education and Training

My approach is grounded in both rigorous study and lived experience. I bring a deep commitment to ongoing learning and integrity in my teaching and coaching — continually refining my understanding of the Enneagram and its application to real human growth and transformation.

In addition to my degree in Psychology, I have completed over 450 hours of specialized Enneagram training. I am an Accredited Enneagram Professional through the International Enneagram Association (IEA) and serve as an affiliated faculty member of The Narrative Enneagram, where I am certified as both an Enneagram Instructor and Enneagram Coach.
My work is deeply informed by Somatic Enneagram principles as taught by Marion Gilbert, emphasizing embodied awareness and presence. I have also had the privilege of training with and receiving mentorship from Mario Sikora, and have studied extensively with Russ Hudson both in person and through multiple online courses.

I love being a mom. This is one of the truest things about me. I love getting to know the two souls that have been entrusted into my care, to watch them grow and evolve and move out into the world in their unique ways. I love/dread/love the way they bring up my reactivity and put it out there to be seen and worked with. I love getting to be their mom in this life.
